I'm back in the UK now but I have a small backlog of photos from China still to post. These are the first set from Zhangjiajie. The woman offering the money a carton of milk got scratched right after the photo was taken. I don't condone feeding the monkeys, but everyone was doing it (not us though)

Heavens gate, Tianmen Mountain. What I didn't realise before gaining is that the cave (gate) itself is already way up a mountain! So you've got views looking up, and views looking down. What's more is, there's even more to see at the top of the staircase, including a burger king of all things!
If the stairs seem a bit too daunting for you, there are a series of escalators to get to the top too. Of course, I took the stairs 🤥
