Back in the US after almost 3 years. Got to bike over to @adroittheory and try some nice (and boozy 😅) IPAs. Finished off with a good pulled pork sandwich and some collard greens.

Latest hazy! Used some maltodextrin to round out the body on this New England Pale Ale. Worked really well! Hot side hops were Columbus and Citra and dry hop was a mix of Nelson and Motueka. Heavily inspired by the amazing beers made by @pollysbrewco !
