Stock of (almost) everything! Finally, we are back on track and we now have stock of ALL Unitanks, Brite tanks, FCS parts and our massive library of valves and fittings! Now we're working hard to get the final production samples of the next generation brewing systems ready for pictures, videos and a global pre-order launch! Cheers!

Tomorrow’s brewday starts tonight. First up: milling the grain with our SS Brewtech grain mill — now built into a cabinet to keep dust from covering the whole brewery. Pretty sure Brewtools are happy to see SS Brewtech safely tucked away in the cabinet. Then the strike water fills automatically, everything gets dialed in, and the whole system is lined up in Brewtools Cloud for a remote start tomorrow morning. So while the system handles the climb to strike temp, we can take a slightly softer start to the day before brew mode kicks in. The Comeback is getting closer. @brewtools @homebrewingexperience #darkroadbrewery #brewtools #brewdayprep #homebrewery

It’s done. The brewery is finished, everything has been tested, and after running it all through, there are no leaks, no surprises, and no ugly little issues hiding anywhere. So here’s a small photo dump from the space as it stands right now. This Sunday, we brew the first beer in the new setup: The Comeback. Couldn’t think of a more fitting name. @brewtools @homebrewinglife @homebrewingexperience @homebrew.fanatics @homebrewinglovers #darkroadbrewery #brewerybuild #brewtools #craftbeer #homebrewery

The family is complete! We are finalizing the last of the pieces to get all these in mass production. We are on schedule to start taking orders in June and shipping is still on target for September. Easter is coming this week, and we will be closed from April 2nd through 6th. We've been out of stock for quite a few products for a while, but a major restock is expected in 6-10 days. We wish everyone a great little holiday this week!

What if your fermenter could just… tell you everything? I finally got to run a full batch with the Brewtools FCS system, and honestly? The hardware is seriously impressive. Out of the four FCS units I have used, the Agitator is probably my favorite. Yes, it keeps fermentation temps more even in larger vessels, which matters more than most people think. But the real game changer for me was dry hopping. Instead of dumping hops in and praying that the pellets don’t just drop to the bottom, you get actual, controlled mixing. This gives such an impressive biotransformation on another level. The only thing I’m missing is a different size propeller, fingers crossed that @brewtools might produce this. Using the Density Sensor was actually more useful than I first imagined, since it gives you a continuous SG reading throughout fermentation. No more pulling samples. And I already have ideas for how to use this sensor in a different way that could make it the most valuable sensor of the four, but more on that in a future post. The Level Sensor uses radar to measure the distance inside the fermenter, calculating the exact volume of liquid. This is genuinely brilliant when filling your fermenter and even more useful when it is time to bottle or can. The one limitation is during high krausen, where the foam layer throws off the readings. Outside of that window though, it works exactly as you would hope. Rounding out the quartet is the Pressure Sensor with integrated solenoid valve, your complete spunding companion. Just set your target pressure, let it handle the rest. Since it is a combined unit it is really small and neat. My only real complaint is the GUI, it is obvious an early stage. So it has limited fixed views, very little customization, no way to configure it for your own workflow. I know there will be updates and changes, but for now it is the sensors that shine and their benefit makes you accept the GUI. The hardware itself? Genuinely well-built and dead simple to get running. That said, if you ferment under pressure, dry hop, or just want real-time insight into your fermentation, this system is hard to ignore. #brewtools #brewtoolsfcs #brewtoolsf40

The B100 will be great as an all in one or paired with an external mash tun. Loads of new features, easier to use than ever before and powered by FCS Brewing! All parts for the new brewing systems are now designed and tooling for everything is in production! Making a lot of progress and on track for first batch deliveries in August/September! Expecting to get the first production ready systems late May for pictures and video walkthroughs!

Our Brite tanks are more and more popular for use in bio-tech and other industries where a clean, pressure rated and affordable tank is needed. With a pressure rating of 2 bars, and a lot of available ports, they are the perfect universal tank for a lot of industries. We are now working on some really cool infusion filters for them, that can be used for oak maturing, tea or kombucha production and a lot of other areas!
