Because I'm an athlete now I travel the world to compete. However due to my peak athleticism and daring, inquisitive nature I got injured, breaking a rib would you believe! So although I couldn't physically play for @whippets_fc at the inaugural Carabiner Cup organised by @crossbarbrighton I did my best to pass on my athletic, inquisitive and daring nature via spirit and shouting and pints. Shout-out grass. Shout-out balls. Shout-out winning (losing a lot) 🖤
From the very top level all the way down to grassroots, women’s football is gloriously, unapologetically and very visibly gay.
Presented by @ro_hew and @ssssuky , this documentary is a celebration and investigation into queer football culture in the women’s game.
From teams being sponsored by brands called Uberlube, to podcasts called Match of the Gay, and from Women’s Super League rumours, to the awkward encounters training with or playing against your ex-girlfriend on a Thursday night, queer culture is at the forefront at every level of the sport.
But why is women’s football so gay? MUNDIAL went to find out.

Today was really beautiful, seeing so many players come together for a really important cause.
Thank you @goaldiggers_fc for hosting such an amazing tournament and making such a safe friendly and fun space for everyone to enjoy football!!
