Last year I partnered with @westqueenstudio to design this Taylor Swift floral mannequin with @fleursdevilles at the 2024 @calgarystampede and we took home the fan favourite award!! Today’s engagement made me think of it!

Cycles of Life.
Forty years ago, I was blessed with the friendship of a group of women at 219 East Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. Many of those women are still part of my life today, and last week I had the joy of celebrating the next generation of Kappa Delta graduates — including one I’ve watched grow from a toddler into a vibrant, kind young woman I’m so proud to know.
Happy Graduation weekend, Scotty! May these ladies bless your life the way your mom and our friends have blessed mine.

Loved the graphics created for the @unchealthfoundation luncheon and used as inspiration for these centerpieces. Feels so good to be able to use Orlaya, Peonies and Delphinium from our own cutting garden for these beauties as well as beauties from @piedmontwholesaleflowers .
If you know me you know I love working with massed Hydrangeas and when @justinevandermelfinn asked for them we might have done overboard. For this Fearrington wedding, we layered Colombian and Dutch hydrangea to create that full, cloud-like abundance—slightly varied tones, a touch of antique wash, and just enough movement to keep it from feeling too proper. The woven vessels add warmth and a bit of Southern Charm.
Design note: mixing origins,Dutch and Colombian, give you depth that a single variety doesn’t provide!

This is the reason we have invited these incredible most incredible, inspiring, talented and all round wonderful people to come and teach with us in May. Floral education at its best, in a beautiful relaxed environment. Focus on the flowers, techniques and new friends too.
Flying in from the USA 🇺🇸 @passionflowersue and @westqueenstudio and joining them the truly brilliant @u.fl.o.london and @bloomandburn . We have @priory_cottages as our inspiring location as a backdrop, florals from local growers and @tambuziroses . Photographer for the two days the wonderful @natashacadman and @chefbenmoore will be fuelling us. We have a few spaces that have become available so get in touch to join us. We also have individual day tickets available.

Loved the opportunity to create our floral interpretation of the Tuckernuck Rosie Dress for Design Matters this fall.
Aspidistra formed the foundation on our custom dress form, while flowing “ribbons” of Amaranthus, Celosia, and dried Acacia—engineered with @oasisfloralproductsnamerica flat wire—added movement and texture to the silhouette.
