Ja'Nell never thought she was signing up for the energy exchange of me. Maybe she did. However, right before she was ready to take the shot, I blurted out, "Ja'Nell I know you Love me, you don't have to hide it!" 😂 She said, "What Wendi?!" And we both burst into laughter. Then I explained to her if she thinks about it, to be around someone exchanging energy in this way doing what we love for hours on end, is an act of love. We sometimes cram love in a box to make it look like 1 thing when it's so much more. Of course we continued to chit chat about so many other things, but that definitely was the highlight of the shoot that day. By the end of the day when we were leaving, guess what- Ja'Nell did admit she loved meee!!! 😆🤭🫂 Love Youu Ja'Nell!! @janellhallragin

Life is generous and yet fragile. Sometimes while living this life we have to be Brave (nothing easy peasy lemon squeezy). Skydiving showed me how brave I am!! Not only am I brave but when I have my mind set, nothing will stop me!
Of course, you don't have to go skydiving to show yourself you're courageous lol. Just have faith in yourself. Speak your truth even when your voice shakes/your heart is racing. Be kind to yourself and others!! Keep your heart open. Everything else aligns.
Most of all have fun!

Grieving the No's, rejections of life ( people, places, and/or things) isn't easy work. Taking that energy and creating something meaningful from a heart space- that's alchemy.
Being in hermit mode, working on yourself is vital for the community, lol. Healing on this level allows you to see the abundance in everything, not just money (although we welcome the coins 😆). Abundance is being able to spend time with friends and receive their support. Abundance is taking time for yourself. Abundance is being kind to your body.
Moral of this Monday rant- find your peace & love for yourself so you can grow!
