You know it’s hard for a band to try and find their people. Especially one as weird as ours. We spent the last year crafting a record that was unabashedly us. We also spent time finding our community and people willing to hear us.
Saturday night at
@sctrpc we got to see the beginning of that.
@goodcryband_bk came and brought their incredible tunes and awesome energy (follow them!). Insanely catchy and just the coolest vibes you’ll ever see.
@bigblissband and
@normal.amount.of.teeth , we owe so much to you. Tim cared so much about us sounding great in the studio and after. This record sounds as good as it does because of Tim and his incredible attention to detail and also his menagerie of little furry creatures.
And lastly
@michaelgracejr and My Favorite are an inspiration. They are Cult Heroes™️. They continue to find a way to be the consummate artists, treating this whole weird corner of music as a space to support each other. They are romantic pop music in these increasingly unromantic times.
