For me, this was undoubtedly the most meaningful shoot of my life, as if it were destined. It captured the beauty of my home and love.
Thanks to Annie’s introduction, I was fortunate to be part of Byredo’s CNY 2025 New Year campaign. Together, we explored the concept of “home.” In August, the team gathered from around the world in Xiamen, stepping into my world, flowing through our stone house, and breathing under our shared sky.
However, on the first day of shooting, we were informed that Miao had cancer. Amidst overwhelming happiness and sorrow, we completed the shoot. During this time, every team member worked efficiently while offering us warmth and compassion.
After the shoot, our lives embarked on a journey of facing cancer. On October 24, my dearest love passed away, surrounded by an abundance of love.

In 2025, the campaign was released, becoming the best New Year’s gift for me. Many people around the world encountered our photos, and I felt like I met him again.
The inked words “回家” in the campaign were the last two words Miao wrote at the end of his life. They carry deep meaning for us at this moment. Whether physically or spiritually, home is the destination of love. I hope everyone embraces it fully within their limited lifetime.
Then I got letters from people.Reading their words made me realize that behind a brand lies the most genuine human emotions and connections.
