From reimagining historic spaces to designing financial tools that protect longtime residents, these teams didn’t just pitch ideas—they built solutions with the power to last.

Our summer fellowship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of culture, marketing, and social impact.
New this year: We have expanded eligibility. In addition to undergraduate and graduate students, we now welcome career pivoters and individuals interested in entering this field, regardless of current school enrollment.
The fellowship runs June 3 through September 4, 2026 and gives fellows the opportunity to work on real projects, collaborate with our team, and gain insight into culture-driven marketing and partnerships.

@15percentpledge and @sephora are now accepting applications for the 2026 Sephora Beauty Grant. The program offers $100,000 in funding, pro bono consulting support, and national visibility for one underrepresented beauty founder.
Last year’s recipient was Hannah Diop of @siennanaturals , recognized for her leadership, innovation, and dedication to textured haircare. Another outstanding founder will be honored on stage at the 2026 Gala in Los Angeles.
