There is no wellness without the women who taught us what it meant to take care of something, who passed down remedies and recipes and ways of being that weâre still living off of today.
Health is cultural. Wellness is inherited. The way you show up for yourself is connected, in some way, to someone who showed up for you first.
We donât exist without them. Practice doesnât exist without them.
Happy Motherâs Day to every woman who has ever poured into someone else before pouring into herself. Weâre grateful to experience through and with you.

50 degrees out. Ice plunge still happened. Fire cupping still happened. There were puppies, acupuncture, coffee, and people who showed up at 7 AM just because they said they would.
