There is no wellness without the women who taught us what it meant to take care of something, who passed down remedies and recipes and ways of being that we’re still living off of today. Health is cultural. Wellness is inherited. The way you show up for yourself is connected, in some way, to someone who showed up for you first. We don’t exist without them. Practice doesn’t exist without them. Happy Mother’s Day to every woman who has ever poured into someone else before pouring into herself. A little throwback to our St. Paddy’s Pilates evening 🍀 Good music, shaky cores, deep stretches, and that moment in class where someone goes “wait… I forgot how much I love this song” halfway through the burn. Friends brought friends. Moms came with daughters. Some stayed after for yoga just to keep the night going. That’s always the part we love most — people showing up together, for themselves and for each other. Pilates is back tomorrow at 11 AM + 12 PM. Our Mother’s Day event this Saturday is officially sold out 🌸

This is what showing up for yourself looks like. 50 degrees out. Ice plunge still happened. Fire cupping still happened.
