The end goal is mobility and stability, being able to move your body in all planes of motion, having the ability to lift one foot off the ground and still be stable.
Strength training doesn’t always mean lifting heavy. It also means strengthening your joints because strong muscles with weak joints doesn’t create longevity. Longevity is built with mobility throughout your body, lengthening from the spine, movement from the hips, shoulders, knees, ankles and toes.
Take it one day at a time, but start moving from a more stable place. 🙏🏾
