Kate & I often enjoy icy swims here in the Atlantic Ocean as part of our cold exposure training. The water temperature is sometimes 10 or 11 degrees.

This was by far my favorite art piece at Boom Festival and probably at any festival I've been to! This piece called Boom Shaman by @danielpopper and his team stands just over 42 feet tall (see the people at the bottom left for scale) and is made from wood, metal, rope, and some repurposed materials. Wayne Ellis of @waynevisual brought this gentle giant to life at might with beautiful projection mapping! Nice work guys ♡
