"Looking back on this journey, I feel a real sense of pride in how far I’ve come—not just physically, but mentally and personally too. What started as a challenge has grown into something much bigger, especially with Aoife guiding me as my coach.
With Aoife’s support and belief in me, I’ve taken on Female Doubles HYROX and Mixed Doubles HYROX. Even in those team events, her coaching was always behind me—preparing me, pushing me, and making sure I showed up ready to give my best. There were tough moments, but the work we put in together made the difference.
Taking on a Half Solo HYROX was a huge step for me. It was just me out there, but I carried everything Aoife had taught me into that race—discipline, pacing, and mental strength. Finishing it proved to me that I’m capable of more than I thought, and that the preparation truly pays off.
I’ve also completed 5km and 10km races, building my endurance and consistency along the way. Each run has been another step forward, showing me that progress comes from commitment and showing up, even when it’s tough.
Beyond the physical achievements, the biggest transformation has been in who I am as a person. I’ve become more disciplined, more resilient, and more focused. I handle challenges differently now, with a stronger mindset and a more positive outlook.
This journey has been about more than fitness—it’s been about growth, belief, and pushing past limits. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved, and I’m grateful to have had Aoife’s guidance every step of the way. If anyone is thinking about starting their own journey, I couldn’t recommend training with Aoife enough—she brings out the best in you, pushes you when you need it most, and genuinely cares about your progress. Having a coach like her makes all the difference, she’s an amazing and inspiring women 💕💕💕 "
