YOOOO TOUR DE FRANKIE 800K BIKE CHECK❕❗❕❗‼️💖❣️❗❕⚠️❤️‍🔥🥵🗣️🌞🩵😼👾❗❕❗❗❗❕❕❗❕❗❕ I'm writing this from a comfy couch in Roma Norte, Mexico City. legs primed, mind at peace, bike damn near perfect, ready for some extra extended shredding yet again 😈 friends, this race is very special to me, and it hasn't even started yet, technically. but it feels like it started a long time ago and I kid you not, for the last year almost everyday I've thought about this race. it's the most I've ever trained for a bike thing! and everything I've ever learned will be put to the test! Tour de Frankie is Mexico's premiere ultra race imo. 500 miles of Mexican mountains, desert, and even tropical forest down south! I've trained hard to enjoy every fucking minute. whatever happens está en las manos de dios at this point so so so thankful for Carlos and Devin for being on this dream with me for almost a year now. even if everything goes wrong, training with y'all has been some of my favorite moments in the last year ❤️‍🔥 annddd huge thanks to sponsors for supporting our mission! as not only are we racing this ultra, but also creating some sick short vids to inspire and give insight in ways I could never. I suck at content creation, but we have a whole team rn! well it's mostly Evan lol many people are playing a part. bike - @rodeolabs flaanimal 5.0 (abused) nutrition - @cadence all of it clothing/kit @attaquer lights - @knog bags - @ilequipment helmet - @kask_sport glasses @albaoptics get excited for the vids that will come out of this project!! cant wait to ride my heart out and share with y'all how it goes. love uuuuuu all ❤️‍🔥 aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhHhhHhh

DOOOOOOOOOOOM The end is near and I'm frolicking n skipping towards it mmmhmmm 🙂‍↕️🙌🏽✨💕 @doombikepacking Ahhhh where to start! This ultra race was an adventure every step n skip of the way, and I'm happy to report I've learned a lot since Escape LA @labikepackingsucks , including making sure I have enough energy to survive not just the race, but also the travel home... And truth be told, I thrived during this race, starting off smooth, finishing strong (thanks for the pro-tip Chaz), and still stopping whenever a flower called me to give it a kiss or a creek for a refreshing dip 💚🩵❤️ Yes it's a race, yes I could have gone faster... and I'm still developing my relationship with "racing" I'm so proud of my effort even though I'm sure I could have dug deeper or stopped less etc. But it seems so stupid to not try my best to enjoy every moment, especially when I've sacrificed so much just to be there. 330 miles with 41k feet of elevation in 3 days 7 hours is still crazy no matter how you look at it. So I'm grateful to have the strength not just to do that, but enjoy the 140 or whatever miles of Backcountry single track 🥰 Probably the biggest challenge was the winter storm that hit on day 3... completely drenching me and then when temps hit a low 27° F for the last 10 hours of the race... I got real scared. Not to mention the wind was blowing trees down left and right with no remorse. So grateful for the new friends I met during that section. Self inflicted traumabonded homies for life 🤝🏾 Participating in this race was partially a heavy training block for @letourdefrankie . So please stay tuned for esa locura on April 24 🥵🔥 P.s. big shout out to so many people who helped make this possible, @notchas for letting me borrow bags (I broke the top tube bag sorry bro), @jhnnss for encouraging me to sign up and even covering my entrance fee ✨✨✨, @rodeolabs for this incredible bike which is the gift that keeps on giving, @you for reading and supporting ❣️❣️❣️ of course thank you DOOM folk for creating an incredible incredible course and community 💖

My heart flutters looking at these pictures. What a privilege to spend a whole ass week on Timbisha land (colonizer name of death valley) playing mountain bikes with such a special group. Never before have I felt like I'm part of a biker gang, but now I can say, Dangerboys forever 💖 Although the roads were often busted as fuck with enough washboards to remind anyone bike packing suuuucks, the views and comradery more than made up for it. I not only got to meet icons in the world of bikes, I'm honored to say I've become besties with these freaks ✨🫶🏽 Please go ride bikes in the desert. It will humble you no matter how experienced you are. Yet the peace and simple yet grand beauty is the closest to god 🍄 you'll ever feel, PALABRAA. There were too many moments to share, but this actually was one of those things where it genuinely was all sunshine and rainbows. But that's only if you can learn to love 5k ft climbs on a loaded MTB with 90° weather. I learned I love to ride bikes in the snow, something I never would have expected riding through the hottest place on earth! All the snow and rain made for an epic 350 mile ride during super bloom conditions 😭😭like WHAT THE FUCK LIKE WHAT THE FUCCCK WE ARE SO LUCKY Big thanks to @oldmanmountainracks for letting me try out these 5L pannier bags, I loved how easy they are to remove yet feel so stable on the knar. And a big smooch to @rodeolabs for this incredible bike that is the gift that keeps on giving. Oh and 55 smooches, 555 hugs, and 5555 beers to Aly, Evan, Greg, and Ian who took some incredible captures. I'll post some of the photos/videos I took but probably after DOOM @doombikepacking . Because right now I'm scared shitless on how I'll survive/thrive in Arkansas next week😶‍🌫️

THE 4 PEAKS CHALLENGE @indevstrongarm @__carlosgalvan__ @warmth.worm 285 miles, 23,000 feet of climbing Join our Oakland favourites as they roll out for a 285-mile training ride, just another weekday. Across changing conditions, the crew moved through rain, sun, wind, freezing fog, and back into heavy rain again. Kitted across our full range, they were prepared for whatever the day delivered. Read their reflections and watch the film now via our link in bio. Director/DP @evan_molyneaux Photography @bryanbanducci PA Sofia Krivoruchko @afaic.bike @albaoptics

I've spent my days finding too many ways out. Putting in effort to find my way back in too. After all, we don't get away and what you throw far eventually hits you in the back when you least expect it It's true my first instinct is to run, often not fast, and yes far, but running isn't always about fleeting. It can be discovery and reflection, a necessary step to realize you can never leave who you are. And you are many things (as in many names, many ideas, many people, many places) Tribulation for the purpose of letting it all settle perhaps. Falling in line with what our universe wants, to rest But I can't sleep at night if I don't get the crazy out, so, here we are, outside again

“Ridiculous Adventures” Next up on our Stories: a ride from Portland to Oakland with friends Devin & Luis. Aptly named their ‘Ridiculous Adventure,’ we joined them for six days of riding, reminding us, in Luis’s abuelo’s words, “la vida es hecha de momentos” - life is made up of moments. Up on attaquercycling.com via our link in bio.

Some snippets from a weekend full of new friends and new physical limits ✨🧚🏼‍♀️ If I'm ever preparing for an adventure and all of a sudden I'm somatically experiencing *fear* of the sort that stops me in my tracks, I know I'm in for a wild ride. Two days before I drove down to SLO I was in the kitchen and all of a sudden I felt a lump in my throat and heaviness in my chest, and throughout the day when someone asked me how I'm doing, I said "scared if I'm being honest"... Oooh boy it was time to LOCK IN And from then on it was go go go. Making sure I had the right amount of calories, layers, bike prep, all things need to be dialed because although it seems like I'd be close to civilization, the route has some very remote stretches, and a section of desert riding with 70 miles of no water. Thankfully, my preparation paid off with 2 days of some of the best riding California has to offer and a squad of new homies that made already amazing riding even better. One of the highlights of the trip was solo "camping" in a wash somewhere deep in the carrizo planes. At night I was sung lullabies in the form of Coyote calls (; and the sunrise in the morning was 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 Okie byeeeee

Last week the brainrot crew ™️ took on the Bays newest ultra race @bikepackthebay 🗣️🤌🏼🤤 I'm deeply proud of balancing the amount of lollygagging we did, while also being absolutely 🗣️locked🗣️in. We really rode around the bay, the looooong way 🌭 265 miles long We pushed quite hard on the first day, completing 105 miles of mostly off-road riding, starting in Fairfax and ending at Justin's house in San Carlos. For the remaining days, we realized we wanted to maximize the amount of fun single track and minimize the amount of bushwhacking lol so I modified the route to include some of my favorite riding in the bay, although the route covered most of it!!! For anyone wanted to get to know what the bay has to offer for off road riding, definitely try this route. Maybe next year I'll try to actually race it 🥀 All in all it was a beautiful 4 days where we ate almost as much as we road our bikes. I didn't bring a tent and left the stove at home, I think I'm entering a new era of bike travel. New year less gear same me? P.s. I haven't posted (on main) in a while, and I'm glad this is what I choose to share, as both Justin and Chris are people I met through Instagram bikepacking circles. I had never met them before embarking on the stagecoach 400 with them last November, and now I truly cherish our friendship. I'm excited to know people who enjoy these kinds of experiences, and perhaps partially this post is to share how beautiful social media can be! But I have a lot of amazing stuff that I've been up to since my last posting, and I'll try to catch up on that soon 🗿👀 😈 Till next time my people ❣️
