Boxing has been one of the best things I’ve done for my mental health.
During some tough times, especially while dealing with depression, it gave me a way to clear my head, stay focused, and keep moving forward.
It reminded me that progress happens one round at a time and that showing up, even when you don’t feel like it, makes a difference.
What started as something new became an important part of my healing journey—and I’ve seen how much it can help others going through similar things with their mental health.
