BLOCK Coffee Table by 9 & 19 brings together sculptural form and material sensitivity. Stacked blocks create a quiet, architectural base for a hand-carved top—simple in structure, yet rich in detail.

Honda R&D, in collaboration with La Fonte and ICFF, presented Dream Driven Design (DDD) at SuperCity, Superstudio Maxi — an international student workshop inspired by the philosophy of Soichiro Honda, where storytelling, technology, and co-creation came together to imagine the future of mobility.
Bringing together students from leading Italian design schools, the workshop explored new perspectives on movement, innovation, and human-centered design through masterclasses, collaboration, and final presentations.

A few weeks into her New York residency, @juliettellier continues exploring the relationship between craftsmanship, material culture, and intentional ways of making.
“Two weeks in, I’m diving into Shaker material culture as part of my Villa Albertine × WantedDesign residency. Visiting Hancock Shaker Village, I’m struck by how Shaker philosophy translates into objects and ways of making: everything is intentional, nothing is superfluous. That’s an approach I want to bring into my upcoming work as a designer and furniture maker.”
Through visits, research, and conversations, Juliette’s residency is becoming an exploration of how historical craft philosophies can resonate within contemporary design practices today.

@sadie.schu.ceramics is a #WantedDesignMember
Sadie creates unconventional lamps and vessels that bring a sculptural presence into the home.
Born in rural New York and now based in Brooklyn, her work balances utility and artistic expression. With a background from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University, she approaches objects with a strong sensitivity to form, material, and atmosphere.
Working primarily in ceramics, Sadie transforms everyday pieces into distinctive, tactile forms that feel both functional and unexpected.

Perception shifts with every step.
@siyun.xue presents PolyEye Divider, a modular system inspired by the compound vision of insects. Some modules are hollow, while others feature integrated lenses that completely reframe the space behind them.
By rearranging these elements, users can create entirely new visual sequences, turning the divider into an interactive installation. It’s a quiet, intellectual kind of playfulness—rooted in the clever use of optics.
