Found these lights in a Hotel in Rome at the beginning of the year, as soon as i did i envisioned having a motor to make them spin. Brought the project to @nick_wong_ig who cleaverly solved the problem by repurposing some tiny moving heads.

Thank you @bigearsfestival for having RESPIRA. Thank you everyone who came to see us. Thank you great people at The Black Box who were extremely helpful with our complex set-up that would normally take twice as long.
It was deeply meaningful for us to be able to represent our work at this festival. Butoh is a Japanese avant-garde dance form that emerged in post–World War II Japan, characterized by slow, controlled movements, extreme physical states, and a focus on exploring the subconscious, taboo, and transformation. Rather than formal technique, it emphasizes internal experience—often using distortion, stillness, or grotesque imagery—to reveal psychological and existential depth. With RESPIRA, we aim to take this now-authentic dance form a step further, incorporating our current feelings, emotions, questions, and desires, and expressing them through movement with light and sound.
Lastly and most of all, I am deeply grateful to my cohorts Azumi and Waldo. How we can dream together and realize those dreams together is such a meaningful experience. Thank you guys!

5 years of Bliss — 2025
It was a great honour making this event with such talented musicians whom I can call friends. I stayed behind the lighting booth all night to perform with them, we made something great together. Congrats to @maxinthe_world for @blisspointnyc 5 years, thank you for the curation!

Looking back at last year.
Such a great one. I was very involved in prepping, building, testing and experimenting. My apartment was a constant mess throught out the year. I kept a lot of content private because of Shaker Mountain.
