A MASSIVE good luck to the legend @lookmumnocomputer at eurovision tonight. He doesn't know it, but I use his creations often in my lessons as examples of brilliant creative design work. Instead of thinking 'what if...' he goes ahead and just makes it real. Stay clear of the fish pies.
I was interviewed recently by The Circuitpython Show all about my work and @spokeboard and waxed lyrically about how great the @raspberrypi Pico is, how I've used it in my classroom and all sorts. Listen to it wherever you listen to podcasts :)
My board @spokeboard was used recently at the Berklee College of Music for the Able Assembly conference. There is a wonderful write up of the event by the MIDI Association on their website which reiterated and reinforced some of the main reasons why I made the board in the first place.
SPOKE IS NOW FOR SALE THROUGH @pimoroni !
It has been a long journey to get here, and this is just the beginning, but you can now get your hands on SPOKE on the main Pimoroni shop.
Link in bio!
@billmakingstuff does a yearly Big Bot Bash that is always a lot of fun to do. I didn't get to spend as much time on this years entry as I'd have liked, but still managed a @spokeboard controlled little guy.
I've been working on some Web based audio pages for @spokeboard to make creating with it easier than ever.
This page lets you search for audio clips and then load them directly onto the web page which is then triggered by SPOKE via web-midi.
This is the latest musical instrument I've built. Another MIDI tree where each branch is a different note. A gift for the wonderful @gawainhewitt . I forgot to get video of it in action though.
