Brett Jones (@vatechsoe ) and Margaret Ellis (@vt_cs , pictured on the right) are being recognized with a Teaching Scholar Award from the @virginiatech_cetl for transforming how students experience computer science.
Their research-driven approach has reached over 6,000 students — helping them stay motivated, feel supported, and achieve more. From improving feedback to training teaching assistants, their work is shaping a more engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Because when students believe they can succeed, they do.
