🎓 The Class of 2026 is here!
Meet Zeynep Ambarktuk, a Ph.D. graduate from our educational psychology program.
When she first moved to Blacksburg, she wasn't a student and wasn't looking to pursue a Ph.D. But, she said the spirit of Hokie Nation convinced her to take the leap.
"My advisor, Brett Jones, met with me even before I became a Virginia Tech student and helped me realize that I was capable of succeeding in a Ph.D. program. That encouragement shaped not only my academic journey but also the direction of my life."
Congratulations, Zeynep! We are so proud of you, and can't wait to see where this next chapter takes you.
