2025
Thankful for every lesson, every emotion, every moment that forced growth.
I still got so much work to do but I’ve never felt more alive, Alhamdulillah.
The last five years taught me.
The next five apply pressure, God willing.
Just the beginning.
I ain’t done shit yet. 🏂
Thankful for each and every one of you and the support you always show me. I love you all so much, wishing you a new year rooted in love, growth, and peace.
love always.
I’ve rewritten this caption so many times because every time I sit with these memories, they hit me all over again. I joined Girls Outdoors program as a participant in 2020, then spent 2021–2024 documenting it as a photographer/mentor, four years of capturing something that helped shape me.
Looking back five years later feels surreal. This was one of my dearest and longest projects. I watched these girls try new things, face challenges, and open themselves up to the world. Somewhere along the way, mentoring them meant even more than photographing them. The images came naturally once the trust was there after long drives, first flights, tough hikes, and moments that pushed all of us.
As someone who never got to leave the city growing up, watching these girls experience that with incredible women guiding them is something I’ll never forget. When I look at these photos, I still feel everything. More than anything, I feel how much they impacted me. Thank you for letting me document such a special chapter. I adore you all. Thank you to all my sisters on this journey over the years!!
Thank you @bisharo.farah and Tara for curating this beautiful exhibit. And thank you @kickbackfoundation , @jamaljburger , @arcteryxontario , and everyone behind the scenes who make moments like this possible.
shitttt itz my birthday 🎉 🖤
It’s strange, how much can happen, yet still feel like the beginning.
Grateful for every person, every moment, this past year taught me a whole lot.
Just a kid from the Jane, tryna do my best.
love alwayz.
Obrigado 🇧🇷
Brazil was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll never forget the people I met and the stories they shared. I spent most of the trip shooting on Super 8, and I’m excited to share that film with you all very, very soon. 🫡
YYZ-SFO-LAX-SFO-YYZ 😵💫🗺️

Ngl, this past week was one of the coolest of my life. I used to dream about visiting Cali as a kid, so this was definitely one for the books. honestly traveling is such a privilege, and I genuinely hope everyone gets the chance to experience it. It’s one of the most important and beautiful things you can do for yourself bro. it acc gives you perspective, lets you see beyond the environments we’re so used to, and really puts into perspective how small our hood/city feels once you step outside of it but let me chill tho wit da journal entry caption, jus grateful to say the least.
Shoutout to Heltinooo, grateful to travel and do what I love with my brother for real. Big love to Mustafa, Jordan Brand & Agency 32 for a legendary week❤️
Wow. Insane to see my work displayed in the same mall where I spent so many years making memories.
From hanging with the homies to back-to-school shopping with da fam—and if you’re from Jane, you know Yorkdale was the go-to spot for birthday linkups at Moxies/Cineplex. And now, to have my own photos up on those walls? MOD.
Thank you @yorkdalestyle for selecting my images and the opportunity, I’m extremely grateful.
@theremixproject family, thank you for believing in me, even back in 2019 when I was 17 and all I had was iPhone photography and a dream, Yall saw something in me before I even saw it in myself, and I’ll never forget that.
Honestly, I’m just gassed to have my work up alongside all my fav photographers ❤️
ALHAMDULILLAH, ALWAYS! 🫡3️⃣ go check it out it’s up all month 🤍
