I created some designs that were inspired by the vibrancy of our culture and the beautiful nature of Puerto Rico 🌺 I grew up going to this parade so I’m at a loss for words that it’s finally dropping.. Ethika really a hoood classic & now i got my own pair.. fucking crazy!! I put in sooo much hard work to get to this point!! I gave up everything to chase dreams of getting these opportunities & becoming what I am today. Forever blessed, grateful and hungry for more.. genteeeee!!!! I’ll see you in NY!! First I wannnna show love to Puerto Rico’s U-17 Women’s National Team for being the first team from PR to qualify for the FIFA World Cup !! @fpfpuertorico
The image in the 3rd slide of team captain & Hall of Famer Mark Lugris, is from PR’s first taste of FIFA success and the inspo behind this artwork. The men’s national team beat the Dominican Republic in a match for their first victory in in a qualifying match. He was a Puerto Rican from the Bronx and when asked if a person can have 2 homes he responded “He can have one in his heart and one where he lives” which I think is a perfect representation of how most boricuas outside the island feel.. we may not live in PR but it will always be in our hearts with whatever we do. Daaaamn I love my people. Send love to the ladies on their journey in the World Cup this year !! @fpfpuertorico

100+ artist all customized our own wet paint sign to commemorate the iconic signs that originated in NYC subways and have now become a staple amongst graffiti culture.. a lot of these artist I grew up admiring their work so it’s a blessing to be involved as a featured artist ! Thank God for Art.
