There’s a lot happening at the Visitor Center next week and we’d love for you to stop by. We’re celebrating National Travel & Tourism Week from May 4 through May 9 with free postcards and postage all week, plus 30% off merchandise.On Tuesday, Tag On Tuesday includes free license plates during business hours, along with coffee, donuts, and free installation from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. while supplies last.On Friday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., we’ll have free popcorn and treats.Hope to see you sometime during the week.

Officially one week till we kick off @southofatlantafest at @thebighousemuseum. I got to spend some time in Macon this week taste-testing the biscuit from @handhmacon, lager from @piedmontbrewery, and burger from @rookerymacon and they did not disappoint.
