A helical staircase is the result of collaboration between multiple craftsmen, each contributing to its sculptural form.
The rolled staircase must land perfectly at its frame opening, while the plasterwork must adhere to its structure beneath.
Whilst the staircase presents as a form that appears effortless, it is a result of the collective skill and coordination of those whom created it.
