A not so timely post but who cares. I love being a mom to my sweet and spicy ZoZo, and feel so incredibly lucky to have my momma in my life đđŤśđ muah!
One year ago since we said goodbye to our sweet Tundy girl. It hit hard today, with some fresh tears and an ache that stretched through the day. Memories of fuzzy ears and between eye kisses and barely tolerated hugs fill my heart to the brim. We were so lucky you picked us sweet girl. We miss you!
Thank you @aveeves for this special memory. A queen in her happy place đ đł
Fontainebleau 2026 â¨đŤś
This trip was magical and these are a few of my favourite memories:
â¨Pan au chocolat (and Zoey saying it) â¨Going to a new climbing zone every day â¨ZoZo becoming a slab master and learning to say âtop out!â ⨠Auntie Stacey, grandparents and best buds â¨Sticky rock and endless boulders in the forest â¨
Thank you to @arcteryx and @lasportivana for your support. Itâs trips like this that mean the most to me as a climber âĽď¸
Thanks @emilybfrank for lovely photo number 5 đŤś
Climbing harder isnât just about strength.
Itâs about how you project, rest, fall, and make decisions under pressure.
Join @vikkiweldon and I for CLIMB HARDER- A two-day performance clinic focused on redpoint strategy, tactical execution, and the mindset required to move past plateaus.
Weâll work through mindset, projecting tactics & strategy, fall practice, and decision-making on route so you can approach harder climbs with clarity and confidence.
Take home workbook & locally made finger training edge & chalkbrush included. đ
For climbers ready to take ownership of their performance.

Many climbers know the feeling â hesitating above the bolt, backing off moves, tension building as the distance from protection grows.
Falling is a skill. And like any skill, it can be learned, practiced, and built on progressively.
Gravity Masters is a structured one-day clinic focused on progressive fall practice, fear reframing, and lead belay precision â so both climbers and belayers leave with real, practiced confidence.
Small groups. Lots of reps. Supportive environment.

The skiers were bummed but the climbers were in heaven! Thus it goes for these coastal winters! It was a prolonged high pressure system last week, long enough to get psyched on a winter proj with my very good friend @mandolinerose . It requires some serious padage and a few friendly spotters, not my normal cup of tea but the moves were good and as I found out, the fall from the top was not too bad! đŹ
A special send for me, post night shift and feeling like a complete zombie, sometimes thatâs when it can click! Thanks to Mandoline, Jeremy and Tristan for the spots and encouragement!

A full busy summer left me feeling a wee burnt out and stressed out for no real reason. I felt like itâs taken me most of September to chill out and regain a sense of rhythm and calm in my life.
Days like these with good friends and some giggles were definitely essential. Knee bars and sloppy top outs, itâs nice to be back in the forest!

Summer 2025 đŤś
A summer like none other. It felt overwhelming, entering into this season. A big goal and a beyond busy schedule had us hustling. No dog days of summer here! Looking back, Iâm proud of what we accomplished. And I say we because I could have never have done this without my best friend at my side. @tomhwright you are the best daddy and support I could ask for!
We still managed a ton of summer fun for our sweet Zoey. Lakeside camping, cabin snuggles and a trip to Calgary to gobble icecream with grandparents while I went for the @acmg.ca Full Rock certification. And just the other day our sweet girl turned 2!!
We made it to the other side!
