🏔️ Look where ACMG guides can take you
We recently received a thank you email from a member of the public after a trip to Bow Hut, where they unexpectedly needed to ski out alone and connected with two ACMG instructors and their group.
They shared this excerpt with us:
“It would have been apparent I was less experienced, and they would have had every right to lecture me on my poor planning and the risks I was taking. Instead they welcomed me to join their group, adjusted my gear and setup, and adjusted their plans to accommodate me.
In the relatively short time we spent together I learned a lot from this group. They made every effort to make me feel comfortable despite disrupting their plans.
My main takeaway was how much I could benefit from touring with a guide. Any future trips I make will be with a guided group.”
ACMG guides are committed to protection, connection and inspiration in mountain environments.
