Yes! We made it! I’ve join this group to opened obsidian back to 2019. Then we all knew the story COVID-19 came, China had been locked down for whole 3 years. I’m truly proud to drop Shenzhen to world cocktail map this year! Good job everyone who show there love to us!

Diageo Yuntuo Whisky Distillery Who would have thought! Hidden among the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake in Dali, lies the Diageo Yuntu Whisky Distillery. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, nestled in the green mountains and clear waters of Fengyu Basin, where poetic Dali countryside meets the romantic aroma of whisky. This trip was absolutely top-tier in style ✨ I was truly amazed the moment I stepped inside. The modern architecture blends beautifully with Bai ethnic style, harmonizing perfectly with nature. The 29-meter oak barrel tower is stunning. Sunlight filters through the gaps between the barrels, making every shot a high-end, atmospheric masterpiece 📸 The immersive distillery tour was so healing. I explored the whole whisky-making process, from malting and milling to aging and storage. Every detail shows true craftsmanship. I also visited Sanye Spring, the pure source water of Erhai Lake — no wonder the whisky here has such a crisp, clean taste. The tasting session was pure bliss. Smooth and refined on the palate, without heavy smokiness, it unfolds with fruity and oaky notes. Sipping whisky in the gentle Dali breeze, I never wanted to leave.

We took a group of talented bartenders from Taiwan together with our Macau local friends on a sensory journey through the heart of Macau, traditional markets. Just like chefs, bartenders find inspiration in ingredients. But in an age of convenient deliveries and bulk supply, we often lose the chance to personally select beautiful produce and connect with our local community. This “Bloody Mary Challenge” was more than a cocktail competition. It was a mission to rediscover the soul of Macau – a place defined not only by dazzling casinos and hotels, but by the vibrant people who call it home every day.
