Less than 24 hours until the Sunrise Awards Ceremony and I’m buzzing to be there! Irpinia is up for Best Documentary at the BIFA-qualifying @sunrisefilmfest , and we’re in amazing company. We screened as part of the Stories Unfiltered strand, what better time to drop our official poster The design draws inspiration from vintage passports and the sea arrival landing cards filled out by passengers of the Windrush generation. But it’s also two friends, years of freelancing, all our savings (our holiday funds), and a belief that post-production could be more than just the final step in the pipeline. More thoughtful. We met at uni and Jasmin’s been bothering me ever since. 😂 We launched Nuevoz during one of the toughest times for film and TV. It’s been challenging, no doubt - but we’re just getting started. Nuevoz is a remote-first post studio built on care, craft, and bold creative intent. We offer editing and colour grading with the polish of an in-house team, minus the overheads and with more flexibility.
