Up close in Toronto.
Things are looking great at our Toronto Residence Project.
A ton of coordination, craftsmanship, and problem solving goes into getting to this point — and our team and trade partners continue to bring it to life step by step.

Introducing 34 Salem!
This project demonstrates what’s possible when designing within Toronto’s zoning framework, showing how a typical semi-detached property can be thoughtfully transformed to accommodate more homes—without the need for variances.
While maintaining a residential scale along Salem Avenue, the site introduces much-needed low-rise density to the city fabric. It includes 4 x 2-bedroom suites and a 2-bedroom laneway suite, each with its own private entrance to create a true sense of home.

Wood does more than finish a space. In this chalet, it shapes how it feels. European oak in Lapis wraps both the ceilings and floors, establishing a sense of permanence that immediately grounds the architecture. Overhead, the natural grain brings texture and richness, softening acoustics while drawing the eye upward and adding dimension to the interior.
Underfoot, the same oak carries that warmth through the space, creating a seamless dialogue between ceiling and floor. The continuity of material ties each room together, allowing the home to feel cohesive and deeply connected to its alpine setting. A material choice that feels intentional and right at home in the landscape.
