@vesselbarspilot is one of the newest chic spots on Hanover Street and it’s definitely one to have on your radar.
They’re serving up cocktails, beer flights, and small plates with the Paloma and Margarita both being a 100% must-order from me. So, so good.
It can get busy, so I’d definitely recommend booking a table in advance. I’m already excited to go back and properly try the small plates.

Menu preview… but make it fun. Ended up being one of those nights - busy, loud, everyone staying longer than planned. Food, beers, Melbaritas and good people.

@vesselbarspilot is this cool, vibrant bar located on Hanover Street but it's more than just your typical bar. It's @pilotbeeruk idea of a space where you can chill with mates, have good drinks AND good food! From beers, wines, cocktails, and it's great location to either start, end, or stay for your night out!
I'll definitely be back to try that burger! That's a promise 👌🏼
