Still soaking this news in… ✨ Honored to be named Best Event Designer by @pnw_wed magazine!!!! 🎉 This one feels extra special because over the years I’ve been nominated in various magazines, but this is my very first official win. 🤭 And truthfully, this isn’t something I did alone. It takes a village in the wedding industry, and I’m so grateful for our incredible vendor community, friends/fam, and clients who continue to support, uplift, and trust us every step of the way. 🤗🕊️ A huge congrats to all of the finalists and winners, being recognized alongside so many talented creatives in the PNW is a true honor. 💫 While awards like this are meaningful, they’ve never been the only measure of success for me. What matters most is that my couples feel supported, seen, and truly heard throughout their planning journey and on their wedding day. That will always be the heart of what I do. 🌸 Thank you for trusting me 🤍

Planning a coastal wedding sounds simple until you’re actually in it. Places like Olympic National Park are always changing, and the beauty comes with a lot of details you might not see at first. Tides shift throughout the day, which means the spot you imagined standing in for your ceremony might not even be there when you arrive. The weather can change quickly, the light is different than you expect, and the logistics of getting yourself and your guests to the right place at the right time take a lot of thought. Permits are often required, and they’re not always the easiest to navigate or understand. Unlike a traditional venue, nothing is set up for you in advance. You walk into a completely natural space and have to figure out how to make it feel intentional, beautiful, and seamless in real time. It is always worth it, and the experience of exchanging vows in a place like this is unforgettable, but it takes more planning and preparation than most people realize. There are a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes, and this is the kind of thing a planner is already thinking about before you even know you need it. Having someone there to guide the process, manage the details, and keep everything on track is what allows couples to show up fully present and enjoy every moment of their day. Love is love, baby. There were some incredibly creative design elements with this styled shoot that Tabria of Truly Trusted Events put together. I love a gorgeous table and floral design like the rest of us. But what lights me up the most? The quietest details. The way they looked at her. Together- calm, steady and sure.
