This March, @taiwancocktailcamp makes a comeback. While last year it took place in just Taichung, this year, it extends to four major cities - Taipei, Tainan, Kaohsiung, and of course its birthplace, Taichung.

Taiwan Cocktail Camp 2026 lands from 4 to 8 March as Asia’s first four city cocktail festival, spanning Taipei, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung. Jointly curated by Vender, To Infinity and Beyond, Han-Jia Pairing Dinner and MALTAIL, and supported by Edrington Taiwan, the initiative brings close to 40 bartenders and bar owners from across Asia together with international media for five days of exchange, collaboration and competition.
Opening night sees simultaneous Michelin pairing dinners across all four cities, featuring chefs from Bangkok and Macau and cocktails built around The Macallan. On 5 March, the Bar Crawl Challenge turns Taichung into a citywide playground of blind tastings and speed rounds. The Industry Welcome Dinner follows at Sheraton Grand Taipei, uniting over 120 leading figures from Asia’s bar community.
The public highlight arrives on 7 March at Taichung Park, where 20 bars, a food market, live DJs and a Star Booth of international guest shifts are expected to draw up to 7,000 visitors. With a strong focus on low ABV and alcohol free creations, TCC positions quality and responsibility side by side.
Taipei stands as the Capital of Mixology, Taichung champions creativity and outdoor culture, Tainan brings heritage and local flavour, while Kaohsiung delivers festival energy. TCC 2026 is not a one off event but an annual platform for regional dialogue.
