#AakhriSawal - Story Behind Story, On 26th September 2025, I walked into @duttsanjay office alongside @utkarshnaithani and @abhijeetwarangofficial , nerves buzzing beneath our confident smiles. We had no idea how the narration would land, but we were rock-solid about the story we were telling. The narration ended. SD stood up, shook my hand firmly, congratulated the writer and director, and with a decisive smile said, “I’m doing it.” The very first call I made after stepping out was to my superhuman @iamnikhilnanda I wished him a happy birthday first, then delivered the news: “Baba said let’s do it.” His instant reaction? A delighted, “Ab picture karni padegi!” — said with pure excitement. I’ve never given him a birthday gift in all these years. In fact, it’s always been the other way around. This time, I hope this film becomes a gift both of us will remember forever. My Life for last 2 years! Offering it to you on 15th May! I remember over 2 years ago, when the project was offered to me. I knew ye Sir pe Kafan type project thha (You’ll know once the teaser is out in a bit). I remember how so many (including a close family member) said … “Don’t do this!” The risk was real. But then… I guess with age, humans take two different roads. Those who reduce risk taking, and those who increase. I’ve made my choice I guess.
