My mental health took a toll on me recently because I didn’t listen to my body when it was telling me it’s at capacity. I spontaneously decided to do somthing I did in the pandemic. To enjoy the parts of life that is free - being around nature. It was so healing and healthy.
I love how all the animals trusted me too. They somehow helped release some weight I was carrying.
