Reposting this feels a bit weird, but hands down, this is the best photo ever of my unphotogenic self & the cutest photo ever of the very handsome Mr Bounce 🌈🐾
Also,
@sallyheinrich rocks! Sal, this is the best gift, ever so cheering at a time when I most needed it, thank you 🙏 Your portraits are so bang on, especially the eyes & all the little details … so sweet👌🏻… Cheezels, Barney Kombi, sunflowers, my bicycle, ALL the badges, Mr Bounce’s wiggle, Dad’s pony print, the scissors I keep losing, and my favourite thing in the whole world … a swim!
There is so much love in what you do, it makes my heart sing, thank you 💙🌊
(And seriously, even a couple of teenie tiny steamroller badges!!!)

When I was invited to take part in an exhibition called ‘The Printmakers Mark’, I instantly thought of Simone Tippett. As the creator of Union Street Printmakers and half of Stone & Quoin at 6 Manton, she has left a mark on almost every printmaker in South Australia. And beyond. Tremendously generous with her time, advice, encouragement and expertise as well as being unfailingly cheerful. Her energy and commitment to printmaking and to building a connected and supportive printmaking community is unmatched. I’ve depicted her as a kind of printmaking deity. Seriously, how does she do it? Her energy levels surpass that of your average human. Mine anyway. Is it the Cheezels? (Kind of like Popeye and spinach?) And Batman may have the Batmobile, but Mo has Barney. Say no more.💙💛
