When I played college ball, I injured my shoulder when a 6’3” 350 lineman fell on me. Ever since starting #jiujitsu, over a decade later, it’s caused my shoulder injury to reappear. I use #naturalmovement and #rangeofmotion therapy, along with #redlight and strength training to work on healing my shoulder, but the problem would come back about 24hrs after a class, and I was back to square one. Off of some research and a suggestion I ordered the
@anaconda_fightwear shoulder brace.
After one class, the next morning my shoulder wasn’t back to square one, it wasn’t sore, loose and popping like it had been after every class for months. It felt weird wearing it, and took some getting used to, but I don’t bullshit and I’m not in any partnerships. I simply want you to know that this is a product I tried and it worked for me, day one.
Now I can heal my shoulder over the next few months and get out of the brace.
The point of #jiujitsu is to have a lifelong journey. I want to be 80 and still be on the mat. Recovery isn’t an excuse, it’s part of the process and if you can’t recover well, you won’t get the lifelong journey. The mat will always be there, so take care of your temple. And if you need extra support, I personally recommend

You should do jiujitsu.
