Some highlights from my recent trip to Italy to film @lo_show_dei_record_italia with @guinnessworldrecords where I attempted the world record for the Greatest distance traversed using hooks in one minute. It was an honour representing the UK in an event that brought together some of the most formidable Ninjas from across the world. The competition was intense, yet it was equally about meeting incredible people, making new friends, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. The chance to compete and share this platform in this first episode with amazing athletes @gavinslade_ninja @romeo_ninja44 and @suzieq_que_the_tornado_ninja was a highlight I'll forever cherish. Your talent, spirit, and sportsmanship are truly inspiring. Thank you to the incredible team and producers at @mediasetinfinity Your dedication and hard work behind the scenes are the real magic to the screen. A special thank you to @immyhales who painted a beautiful image of how the weekend would unfold, which kept me relaxed and focused on the task at hand. Your words and vision played a crucial role in my preparation, calming my nerves and sharpening my focus. Shoutout to @bethlodge19 & @Techy.Tommy for playing a pivotal role in this journey by recommending me to the casting team. And to @ScottyPT from @PTBarn who coached me for this challenge. Your coaching and belief in me have been a cornerstone of my preparation and success. I'm sure Scott will be humble and say he had nothing to do with it (A sign of good coach) but the techniques used for precision were fundamental in me becoming a Guinness World Record holder. Thank you to all my team @nuclearphoenixocr 🙌. Full episode here: https://mediasetinfinity.mediaset.it/video/loshowdeirecord/gli-agganci-da-record-dei-piccoli-ninja_F312891301007C06 Off to Scotland this weekend to @TartanWarrior in Kilmarnock 3k and 5k races and am excited to see how I perform with the @Toroz Captain Hook rig—a challenge that involves traversing a distance using hooks😀 Looking forward to it! #guinnessworldrecord #loshowdeirecord #ninjahooks

First ever Spartan Sprint done today 😃🔥 A few of us who’ve grown up doing Spartan Kids finally stepped up and took on an open wave together. We all absolutely loved it. No pressure, loads of laughs, helping each other round, and getting a proper taste of what’s next. Not a bad way to start the next chapter 👊🔥

Had the best time at @missionoutadventure 🔥 My favourite obstacle was the Jump Tower. There were three heights, and you had to complete the lower height first to get a stamp on your hand before moving up to the next one. I managed to get to the second height. I was really scared at first, but the marshal was so nice and gave me some great advice, which really helped. The juniors at @rumblefitness_uk would absolutely love it here @uk_ocr_harry did amazing too — he completed all three heights first go! 💪🔥

Had a brilliant day at Mission Out🎉 I had a go at their 80 metre obstacle course and got a time of 45 seconds. It’s a really fun course — fast, tricky in places, and harder than it looks when you’re trying to go flat out. I could definitely see this being part of the @britishobstaclesports @ocrsprintuk series next year🤔 Massive thank you to @missionoutadventure for having us. It’s a great place for a day out and I’d definitely recommend giving the course a go. Can anyone beat 45 seconds? 👀🔥Let me know.. #MissionOut #OCR

Sophie and I had the privilege of being invited to the @theptbarn Juniors team training this weekend. We were really impressed with the level of training and very grateful to be invited along. It was a really good session and definitely one that made you come away with things to think about. We went over a lot of the fundamentals and finished with a mini race simulation. Thank you, PT Barn🙂

Had a good run on the sprint track today. Still plenty to work on, but it was great fun and good practice. If you go down to The @assaultyoursenses definitely give it a try — it’s a great little challenge 👊

Our first 400m race and it was super tight with @l0gan_hands @l0gan.ninja the whole way round. Great battle all the way to the end.
