Warm Up - Drills - Skills. During our training sessions we spend most of our coaching doing Warm Ups, Drills and Skills. Training a Skill, rather than just an obstacle will help with carrying a skill through a range of different obstacles.

Junior Obstacle Session - May School Holiday's! After the success of our new Obstacle Class we have decided to put on an additional longer session over the May Half Term. This session will cover all the areas we work on during our weekly session including; Hanging, Jumping, Balance, Carry and Full Body Obstacles, as well as looking at the Strength and Fitness to help with progress.
