We were extremely proud to host the recent Amazon Challenge the Fake finale at our Canary Wharf campus, a culmination of a powerful collaboration between #UCLSoM, Amazon, The Anti-Counterfeiting Group, and SHADO 💥
Over several months, 48 undergraduate students worked in teams on a live industry brief, developing creative and commercially aware campaigns to address counterfeit purchasing among Gen Z consumers 📲
The finale brought together five outstanding finalist teams, who presented thoughtful, impactful solutions to a panel of industry experts and demonstrated the value of embedding authentic, real‑world challenges into business education 💯
Congratulations to the winning team Fourier Harbour Division, whose Fake Hits Different campaign stood out for its immersive and impactful approach 👏
We look forward to seeing the winning teams present at the EUIPO in Alicante, and thank our colleagues and collaborators from Amazon, ACG, SHADO, adidas, Diageo, the IPO and our UCL School of Management team for their dedication in delivering this initiative 🫶
