Inspired by Thai letterforms and Latin calligraphic gestures, Pristine avoids categorisation, offering a fresh, expressive alternative for multilingual typography with personality.
We've worked with illustrator @nnene.iie on visualising the typeface's conceptual essence, featuring flowering cacti—each, like Pristine, both delicate and unyielding, revealing beauty through restraint.

We are thrilled to announce Kornkanok “Mint” Tantisuwanna as this year’s 2023 Malee Scholar!
@mint.tantisuwanna is an accomplished type designer and lettering artist based in Bangkok whose journey into type is marked by resilience and a clear devotion to the art form. She has taught type design at multiple universities and worked at @cadsondemak before establishing an independent design practice developing typefaces and custom lettering.

JDI is a custom grotesque sans serif typeface created for Just Do It, a YouTube channel known for deep-dive movie reviews. Designed to speak with clarity and punch, JDI brings a bold editorial voice to the screen.
The family includes Regular, Medium, and Black, each with its own italics — designed to enhance tone and expression in the channel’s messaging.
A key feature of the typeface is the Extended style, developed with wide proportions to suit the standard video format — a horizontal layout optimized for widescreen frames.
This version helps maintain a consistent typographic voice across all frame-based design systems.
JDI is functional, flexible, and clear-spoken.

Let me introduce you to ตำปลาร้ากุ้งสด (@v.ratchanon_ 's favorite dish)! Tum plara goong sod is something we can't really make ourselves here in the Netherlands. I'm not sure if we should work with frozen shrimp so we usually have the papaya salad without the shrimp. I remember we had one of the best, very spicy one at @phedphed_food . A picture of the dish is attached (from phedphed's instagram).
According to @elkemelk : every cow is different, so is their milk. My cow this week is Annie 267, her milk is amazing. Here is a sketch dedicated to her delicious milk.
Kongka is a custom typeface designed to express the brand voice of Kongka Furniture.
Its glyphic serif display style reflects a sense of heritage and timelessness, complemented by a sans serif text style that echoes the display’s character.
For Thai, a concealed-loop style was chosen to balance tradition and modernity, making the typeface accessible to both older and newer generations.
The project was developed in collaboration with Mint Tantisuwanna @typespecimint , who co-conceptualized and oversaw the Latin letter design.
