It’s price of doing business.
The inconvenient work.
We become jealous of the trophy but not the work.
What we miss is that the work is the goal.
And who we become when no one is watching is what we gain⚡️

Happy Mothers Day to the increidble, beautiful, talented, greatest mom of all time @alexmorrisdesign who absolutely lives for public displays of affection like this one😂❤️
WE. LOVE. YOU. AL!
Today’s AM sesh: aerobic warmup, 4 x 20 sec at 5 min / mile pace with 1:40 rest. Then 6 x 2 min at sub 5:55 pace with 90 sec rest. Easy cool down. Training for a half Ironman in Oct and I want to go fast! Following programming from @nvdmcoaching . @transparentlabs protein + compression after to recover for the next sesh. I typically cycle after these runs for 20-30 min and find it helps a ton with muscle soreness. Run fitness is coming back!
Field Test / Interval Short
Arizona heat presses down early. No breeze. No mercy. Just high output and nowhere to hide. Ten Thousand athlete and investor Ty Morris (@ty_morri ) stepped into a HIIT session built to find the cracks — the kind of work where effort compounds and mental toughness matters as much as strength.
Intervals blur together. Kettlebells swing. Plyometrics spike the heart rate. Every movement demands freedom and zero distraction. The Interval Short keeps pace — lightweight fabric dumping heat and sweat without clinging, gusseted construction and engineered side slits moving cleanly through each transition. Pockets stay locked down as intensity climbs and fatigue sets in.
For Ty, training isn’t a checkbox — it’s a daily practice. A way to sharpen discipline, build momentum, and show up stronger for his family and his business. His gear has to disappear into the work. The Interval Short does exactly that — stable, comfortable, and unnoticed under pressure, so the focus stays on execution, from the first rep to the final finisher.
