Here’s how I made it:
Using a frother, mix 100mL unsweetened coconut water (or regular cold water) with 50mL of milk. Then add lots of ice & blend until it’s a slushy texture!

• 1 ripe banana
• 1 cup any milk
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp any sweetener (we use brown sugar stevia)
optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 oz espresso or coffee (we mix @transparentlabs protein coffee with 2oz water for 20g protein!)

It’s literally ONE step now. No brewing coffee, no scooping protein powder in after.
Real arabica coffee + grass-fed whey protein already in the same scoop — you just add milk.
This is @transparentlabs Protein Coffee. Sweet Cream Cold Brew is my flavor (they also have Mocha and Iced Latte).
Here’s how I make mine:
– 6-10oz fat-free Fairlife milk (or milk of choice)
– 1 scoop TL Protein Coffee
– Whipped cream (optional)
– Caramel drizzle (optional)
Shake. Pour over ice. Done.
20g protein, 170mg caffeine — that’s two cups of coffee in one scoop.
NO ADDED SUGAR. Zero fillers or artificial junk.
I’ve been OBSESSED. It’s been my morning every single day since they dropped it.
