We begin with Music City Center (@musiccitycenter ), where TVS Senior Principal Kevin Gordon shares how the project was approached as both a high-performance venue and an urban catalyst, helping shape the transformation of Nashville’s SoBro district.
Drawing from Nashville’s musical identity and surrounding landscape, the design combines references to instruments, rolling Tennessee hills, and the region’s limestone canyons to create a convention center rooted in a distinct sense of place.
Fresh off hosting this year’s Urban Land Institute (@urbanlandinstitute ) Spring Meeting, the project continues to serve as a hub for conversations shaping cities and the built environment.

At Mote Science Education Aquarium (@motemarinelab ) in Sarasota, the guest experience and research happens side by side.
The 146,000-square-foot facility brings together immersive exhibits and state-of-the-art laboratories, creating a setting where marine science, research, and education come together. Organized as a three-level journey, the experience introduces visitors to Florida’s coastal ecology while offering views into active research environments.

Located in the heart of one of Atlanta’s most beloved parks, the project creates a modern home for NYO’s programs—designed to serve thousands of young athletes and families each year while strengthening the organization’s long-standing presence in the community.
TVS designed the facility to create a welcoming, high-performance environment for athletic development and community gathering, building on the spirit that has defined NYO for generations. We’re grateful to help support the future of this important Atlanta institution.

In South Caicos, TVS led the redevelopment of Salterra (@salterraresort ), a Marriott Luxury Collection Resort & Spa (@marriotthotels ), shaping a reimagined oceanfront destination grounded in the island’s landscape and heritage.
Working from master planning through architecture, TVS developed a cohesive vision for the 100-key resort. In collaboration with the client, interior designer EoA Group (@eoagroup ), and landscape architects Witkin Hults + Partners (@witkin_hults_partners ), the project brings together dining, wellness, and leisure experiences to create a fluid guest journey across the property.
Inspired by the island’s salt-making history and natural landscape, the design integrates regionally sourced materials and expansive Atlantic views while supporting Marriott’s sustainability commitments through solar energy generation, seawater desalination, and on-site composting.
Salterra reflects TVS’s integrated approach to hospitality design, bringing together planning and architecture to create destination environments that connect guests with the surrounding landscape and culture.

We are proud to share a look inside the expansion and renovation of the Walter L. Ingram Burn Center at Grady Health System, located within Grady Memorial Hospital.
This nearly 30,000 SF interior transformation delivers a Burn Center featuring 20 Burn Trauma ICU rooms, the refresh of 14 Intermediate Care patient rooms, and a new surgical suite with two dedicated burn patient operating rooms and pre- and post-op holding bays. The program also includes hydrotherapy, staff support spaces, and a staff lounge — all thoughtfully designed to enhance patient care, clinical efficiency, and caregiver wellbeing.
We are deeply grateful to Grady Health System for their trust and partnership, and to the many consultants, contractors, and team members whose collaboration made this possible. It is an honor for TVS to help create spaces that support healing, resilience, and compassionate care for the community.
