THIS THURSDAY — For this penultimate Latin Core this Thursday, May 14, we are inviting Pxssycrack! It’s a movement, a rebellion, and a sanctuary for radical existence. They are here to disrupt, to reclaim, to create. No rules, no boxes, just raw, unfiltered expression through sound, visuals, and community. Prague-based Mexican Visneacs will represent the Pxssycrack collective. A crossover & global sounds queer artist, they invoke tribal in all its forms: from ethnic-cosmic downtempo and latin-fusion house to high-energy booty-shaking rituals, tribal techno, experimental latinclub, salchipapeo, and global bass DJames is a Spain-born, Prague-based DJ and co-founder of the Kitchen Collective, a prominent group driving the underground electronic music scene in the Czech Republic. Known for “groovy sets” and high-energy performances, the collective frequently hosts events at venues such as Ankali, Planeta Za, and Bike Jesus. Originally from Nantes and now in Prague, abel noone is a dancer at heart. His sets are controlled chaos, blending 90s prog and trance nostalgia with mischievous techno and raw and tek-infused proggish chuggers’ grooves. 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐉𝐨𝐧áš 𝐆𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐤𝐚 (𝐋𝐎𝐌) S @jonas.gruska sme prvýkrát zverejnili mini-rozhovor v roku 2015. Bol to jeden z našich prvých článkov na Swine Daily vôbec. Neskôr, v roku 2019 sme zavolali vydavateľstvo @lom.label na festival Academia Film Olomouc, kde sme kurátorovali hudobný program. ▍ LOM však funguje dlhšie. Minulý víkend (2.5.2026) oslávili úctyhodných 15 rokov. Ako uvádza sám Jonáš: "LOM vznikol v roku 2011 ako internetové vydavateľstvo experimentálnej hudby a internetového umenia, zamerané na východnú Európu. Angakok Thoth, Or.lock a ja sme chceli vytvoriť chýbajúcu platformu pre netradičný zvuk a umenie v našom regióne. Sám som vtedy študoval v Holandsku a cítil som, že neexistuje dobrý spôsob, ako dostať hudbu zo Slovenska medzi mojich spolužiakov*čky - málokto komunikoval svoje veci "svetu", všetko bolo veľmi lokálne. A tak sme založili Bandcamp a začali komunikovať o svojej existencii. Priťahovalo nás všetko, čo malo odvahu experimentovať a prekračovať hranice. Od akustických vecí cez rytmické elektronické skladby až po noise." ▍ Dnes okrem širokého katalógu vydanej hudby, @lom.space vyrába a distribuuje aj vlastné mikrofóny, ktorých vyrobí tisícky ročne. On Thursday, March 5, we continue to bring Latin American genres like cumbia, reggaetón, dembow, baile funk, bachata, and more, which will be blended with techno, jersey club, dancehall, hard drum, trap, and contemporary electronic and bass music. We start at 22:00, so come early! In a fresh new format, in a cozy atmosphere of Salo, on every second Thursday. Miss Univers is a party girl who loves music from all parts of the spectrum. She loves all things percussive, sexy, bassy, and preferably with vocals. Whether it’s guaracha, techno, or trance - anything goes as long as a certain level of cunt is met. Being the resident of Fuchs2 and running the Maldades club night at Ankali, Miss Univers aims to deliver nothing but ass-shaking debaucherous vibes to the girlies (and the boys and they/thems) who get it. Vlzques [Velázquez] is the stage name of DJ, music journalist, curator, and artist manager Krištof Budke, founder of the Swine Daily web-magazine and F2’s series Latin Core. From working as a rap A&R manager at Universal Music Slovakia to his dedication to underground artists from all across the globe, he is known for his wide musical scope.
