Most supplements don’t fail because of what’s in them.
They fail because they never get absorbed.
LIPOTAB™ (LPT™) is designed to help protect and transport nutrients so more of what you take actually gets absorbed.

Comment “DPPC” and I’ll send you the handbook.
This is one of the best ways I know to wake up the nervous system before training or games.
It helps you feel faster, stronger, and more explosive immediately.
It’s one of my favorites, and I use it with my athletes all the time.
Want the full step-by-step breakdown? Drop “DPPC” below and I’ll send it over.
This is who’s in the room.
We’re welcoming Cal Dietz to the PVT CoLab.
Cal is one of the most influential strength and conditioning coaches in modern sport performance. Since 2000, he has served as the Head Olympic Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Minnesota, helping develop athletes and teams competing at the highest levels of collegiate and international sport.
He also serves as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the U.S. Women’s National Hockey Team, supporting the program at the Olympic and World Championship level, including the team’s 2026 Olympic Gold Medal run.
Cal is the creator of Triphasic Training, a system built around the eccentric, isometric, and concentric phases of movement that has influenced how coaches develop strength, speed, and power across sport environments — from high school and collegiate programs to professional and Olympic sport.
Over the past two decades, his work has supported All-Americans, national champions, and Olympians, while shaping how strength and conditioning is applied across sport.
A respected voice in the field and a longtime contributor to the coaching profession, Cal will be joining the room for the conversations and connections that continue to shape the work.

Young coaches often chase the perfect program, cue, or setup. But elite coaching isn’t about perfect... it’s about awareness. Every rep gives feedback. Every exercise tells a story if you’re paying attention.
If you coach, train, or lead others, this conversation will sharpen how you see your role.
