Incredible educational opportunity! The depth of knowledge is awesome and practical, based off scientific principles. It's hard to beat this experience. Only apply if you truly want to be better! /announcement-application-for-the-intensive-viii-and-the-intensive-ix/

Awesome day with @leetaft . If you haven't had the chance to learn from Lee in person, you're missing out. His retreat is the best opportunity to learn multi directional speed I know of. Thanks for the knowledge Lee.

Med ball fake throw series courtesy of @leetaft . Been using this series for years. It's my favorite way to address upper body faults in cutting.

Mistake response! Athletes will ultimately find themselves in a bad spot whether it's from going for a fake or having a bad athletic stance or so on. Being able to get out of these bad spots is huge for recovery in the play. @leetaft

Video breakdown of speed. @leetaft has a retreat where all this takes place. Incredibly helpful for developing a model to see and assess speed from.

Look at the two closeouts...which one sets you up for the next move better? Notice how the two hand closeout raises your center of gravity? Tough to be explosive multi directionally out of that. @leetaft with gold.

@leetaft crushing an in service for us at the Hawks. Using external forces to drive the response he wants. Simple but super smart.

/smoothies/ New blog up. And look at the hip and shoulder separation on this stud. This quality is a must in all athletic movements bc we load and unload thru rotation.

Working on projecting out from the hip turn. Horizontal triple extension is to speed and agility as vertical triple extension is to jumping or Olympic lifting. They have to call ch the ball in the air so their window to get out here shrinks forcing them to speed up their actions.
