Plyometric Movement Tips
Understanding the why and small nuances behind details goes a long way when you look to build something into your program long term.
So much of this may seem intimidating to some especially when things get too intense, too fast and or too deep, but with the progressive and regress ability with a my system youāre able to achieve the critical factors behind why weāre jumping in the first place.
YES someone can be;
- Reactive
- Strong and length
- Reflexive
- And all round more capable at speed
You just need the right way to break it down so itās all accessible
Which is what weāve built out with the new @ganbarumethod program coming

Our new @ganbarumethod program places a huge focus on these 2 elements as we look to try and working the skills of jumping and plyometrics due to its crossover into developing the enormously powerful physical qualities that coming with dynamic movement

PLYOMETRIC TRAINING - integrating plyos into your training is often one of the hardest things people come across when theyāre already running a program.
Our upcoming program on @ganbarumethod is built to fit alongside almost any program youāre already running. Can be done in 10-15mins, 3x a week.
We provide more than just typical plyometric movements to help you develop multiple qualities, like elasticity, the ability to yield and decelerate force at speed and depth, alongside becoming more reactive and light on your feet.
This is a little taster from our 2nd block of the program on one of our Elastic days, which was a perfect intro and prep for some repeat sprints on the curve - 6x1min š¤®
It didnāt fatigue too much, it was a great chance to get a dose of dynamic work in and had my joints and tissue feeling great as I ripped it on the treadmill.
Iām really excited for you guys to jump on this new program so weāve created a waitlist for early access and exclusive offers for those onit!

BUILD YOUR BOUNCE ⤵ļø
Everybody should learn plyos to improve your bone density, reaction time and tendon stiffness. Iām not the expert here, so Iāve asked @mcinneswatson to create a plyo and dynamic movement plan to explore and rebuild all the essential skills weāve neglected since we were kids.
It's not all about max height or power - we're building elasticity, technique and fluid movement over time.
Some of this stuff looks simple but itās seriously challenging my brain to coordinate and Iām pulling up sore in areas I didnāt even know existed š Follow along as Iāll be sharing more workouts as I go through the process.
Instead of giving you my second-hand explanation to all the moves and workout goals, Iāll leave it to Matt in the comments section ⤵ļø
