So I went to a class at the studio today that focused on the layback, and it feels much less daunting to do and learned more variations such as the layback bridge and the closed layback. I also found out I can do an elbow stand and it was so much funā¦. Especially the elbow stand.
So my sex drive came back with a vengeanceā¦ once again after (I thought) it died back in the fall of 2023. Been craving it a lot more lately, while at the same time re evaluating my own relationship to my own sexuality post bottom surgery.
While I was with someone I thought about how I basically exchanged sex for company and human connection which I sometimes feel is necessary as an introvert in the city of Portland, and that sometimes gets to me mentally as wellā¦. Perhaps an idea for a song on my new album
So I learned two new moves in my Pole 1/1.5 class today! The flamingo, and the secretary. Both equally challenging moves to do especially cause my skin needs to be conditioned to these moves, but I gotta start somewhere.

@audreyxplath did a good job on my album cover and if you want art done, please hit her up! I love this so much I had to post it twice! I am also currently working on a companion zine for the album once itās released going into deeper details of the incident. This album is taking more time to write than I thought as Iām exploring other subject matter, but it will@be released hopefully by the end of the year.

My newest album āA Palace In Ruinsā will be released later on this year! Itās a concept album with the central theme being a violent incident I had to go through on December 21, 2025 with the lyrics pertaining to what things were like before, during, and after the incident with themes such as failed relationships, fake friends, the corruption of law enforcement and government, and personal enemies. There will also be my politically charged songs that I am more known for as well. Art cannot be rushed but the tracks are being written and recorded as we speak and may feature guest artists as well.
