This Thursday, Feb 26th, we will be hosting a smash tourney! The tourney will consist of two brackets, one Melee and one Ultimate. Money collected from the event will be put into the prize pool and awarded to each bracket winner. Winners take all!!! Mutual aid request! Half of our band is staying at a punk house in LA, and we’re currently facing some serious eviction threats. We have 3 days to make 10k for the space as a whole. We may have help from other sources, but we need to wrangle a majority of the funds. Our band and the LA DIY scene relies heavily on this space. Since the 90’s, it has been a home for queer folks, POC, punks, and radicals alike. We’ve had the likes of @doomscrollband@moonbandits@folkfaceofficial@danbertnobacon and @chencho_punx play here and we’d love to throw more shows in the future. Without this space, 2 of us may end up homeless. Please help us get by so we can save our home and throw more amazing folk punk gigs here.
